XL4015 – 32V to 5V 5A Step down Adjustable Voltage Regulator For Lithium Battery Module
The module uses imported high-quality chips, high efficiency (95% higher), and at the same time generates a small amount of heat, which can reach a current of 5A. At the same time, it cooperates with the original TI op amp to control the output current, so that the overall output is very stable. This module uses the original Sanyo filter capacitor with low ESR, which can make the ripple voltage as low as 50 mV. This module uses machine placement and reflow soldering. At the same time, each module undergoes a two-hour aging test before shipment to ensure high reliability. This module is an adjustable step-down module, and the output voltage can be changed by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on the module. The input and output voltage difference is 1V, and the small voltage can output 0.8V. The IN- (input negative), IN+ (input positive), OUT- (output negative), and OUT+ (output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise, the module may be damaged. Battery charging method of use:
1. Determine the float voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need, and the input voltage of the module;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current block of a multimeter, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;
4. The default shipping current of the charging lamp is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value).
5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float voltage;
6. Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output does not connect to the battery without load.)
LED constant current drive How to use:
1. Determine the operating current and high operating voltage you need to drive the LED.
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current block of a multimeter, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED high working voltage;
5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output does not connect to the LED light without load.)
