Shipping & Refund Policy

Our delivery covers all over India. Interstate deliveries can take 1-3 working days and National deliveries can happen within 3-7 working days. Delivery is done through reputed and verified courier companies for the safety of product and to ensure the hassle-free delivery. If an order could not be shipped through courier service then it would be delivered through Indian Postal Service. In case if there is any delay in the delivery caused by the courier service or Indian post, they will be solely responsible for that. Product delivery will be subject to its availability. If a product shows it available on the website but unfortunately gets out of stock, then we will inform through e-mail within 24 hrs. of placing order. State taxes (if any) will be included in the shipping charges of the buyer. Shipping charges will depend upon the dead or volumetric weight of the order, whichever is more. It will be calculated and shown at the time of placing the order depending upon the area of delivery, packaging weight and product ordered. If there is any manufacturing or delivery damage to the product, to seek a return or refund, kindly initiate the request within 48 hours. Otherwise, it cannot be returned, replaced or refunded. For a return and refund or a replacement, there will be reverse shipping which would cost the customer. Return will only be accepted in case of genuine return reason. In case of a return, there should be evidence from the customer on the reason of returning or replacing the product. Return policy (days within which return can be claimed) can vary on the product to product. Once an order has been placed, it has to be confirmed by the seller for dispatch and delivery. Once this confirmation is done, any cancellation from the customer would not be accepted. For return and refund in case of prepaid orders, shipping charges, reverse shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and the rest will be returned to the customer. If an order is canceled from the seller’s side due to any reason, the prepaid amount will be completely transferred to the customer’s paid way (through whichever way it was paid, bank account, credit/debit card, etc.). The amount will be refunded within 7 working days. If the customer wants to cancel the order and if this is a prepaid order, Then a refund will be issued after a 2% deduction as payment gateway fees. Alternatively, customers can choose to keep the balance as Sharvi Credits or buy other products from our store, in which case the 2% deduction will not be done.

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancelation After Shipment

  • Fawrward Shipment and RTO/Return charges as per courier charges will be applied to the customer.
