SR540 – 40V 5A Schottky Barrier Rectifier – DO-201AD Package
SR540 Schottky Rectifier Diode – DO-201 Package Schottky diodes have very low forward drop voltage VF which makes them ideal for fast switching applications at lower current ratings.
