VIPER12AS-E Low Power offline Switched Mode Power Supply Primary Switcher IC – SOIC-8 Package
The VIPER12A is a Low power offline switched-mode power supply primary switcher that combines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with a high voltage power MOSFET on the same silicon chip. The internal control circuit offers a few benefits such as a large input voltage range on the VDD pin, accommodating changes in auxiliary supply voltage (This feature is well adapted to battery charger adapter configurations), automatic burst mode in low load conditions, and overvoltage protection in HICCUP mode. Â This product is known as VIPER12AS-E, VIPER12ASTR-E, VIPER12ADIP-E, VIPer12A.
