Nowadays, safety is one of the major issues as crime is rapidly growing across the world. IOT Asset Tracking System is focused with the safety and security of women, children, people with mental disorder and any valuable things. This system is going to help people to monitor and track the location of assets.
The block diagram of IoT based asset tracking system consist of following elements:
- Tilt Module or vibration sensor
- Sound Module
- GPS Module
- GSM Module
- Node MCU ESP32
- Mobile Message and Application
The circuit works to get the alarm message when the asset is moved from its location. To know the movement, vibration and sound sensor is used. Vibration sensor and sound sensor senses the vibration and sound of the asset. It sends this input to the microcontroller. When the input received from these sensors increases the limits allowed, the microcontroller will take asset location from the GPS module and will send signal to the GSM module to send this location and the alarming message to the admin’s mobile. Also it will send the signal to the LCD to show the GPS location of the asset and the alarming message. The mobile application will also get message through Wi-Fi hotspot to show the GPS location and vibration and sound level of the asset.
IOT Asset Tracking System is to detect the object and to send the message to your mobile through the GSM module and to see the live location on the mobile application.
