H11L1 – Schmitt Trigger Output Optocoupler IC – DIP-6 Package
The H11L1 is a microprocessor compatible Schmitt Trigger Optically Coupled Isolator consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode and a microprocessor-compatible Schmitt trigger output. Logic compatible output sinks 16mA at 0.4V maximum and wide supply voltage capability, compatible with all popular logic systems. Tags, H11L1M, H11L2M, H11L3M.
